No. You do not need a reservation to visit the Plaza, meet friends, eat lunch, sit at the tables, or casually enjoy the space.

Submit a request if you want to organize an activity or event, reserve a particular area, bring vendors or food trucks, sell goods or services, use amplified sound or performances, bring significant equipment, serve alcohol, or otherwise need coordination with the Plaza venue manager.

No. A submission is a request. NVD Group will review it and contact you about availability, requirements, and next steps before the reservation is confirmed.

Many community uses are free. Fees may apply to some commercial or revenue-generating activities, exclusive reservations, special services, equipment, permits, or other needs. Any applicable costs will be discussed before your use is confirmed.

Yes. Food trucks, vendors, businesses, and other commercial users can submit a Use Request. Additional licensing, insurance, fees, or other requirements may apply depending on the activity.

Potentially. The Use Request form allows you to tell us how much space you expect to need and whether you need exclusive use. Availability and the needs of other Plaza users will be considered.

Yes. Recurring requests can be submitted. Recurring reservations may be approved in shorter blocks so that the Plaza remains accessible to different community members and organizations over time.

Yes, depending on the proposed use. Include these details in your request so the venue manager can help determine the appropriate location, power needs, site setup, and any additional requirements.

Alcohol may require additional review, licensing, permits, or coordination. Include it in your Use Request rather than assuming it is permitted.

Plaza information and the use-request process are being made available in both English and Spanish. Spanish-language materials and a Spanish request form will be available as part of the public launch.

The Fort Collins Urban Renewal Authority owns the site. NVD Group provides venue-management and community-coordination services for Plaza Unidas on behalf of the URA.

Plaza Unidas is an interim use of part of the property while the URA works toward long-term redevelopment of the former grocery-store site and surrounding area. The larger redevelopment process is expected to take several years.
