The Urban Renewal Authority assisted in the redevelopment of Northern Colorado Feeders Supply after the Feeder Supply's recent relocation to the North College Urban Renewal Area.
Approximately $72,450 in tax increment financing will be used to fund the redevelopment project. Improvements to the site have included cleaning up the site, which had previously been vacant for almost a year. Future improvements will include replacing a deteriorated office building with new retail and office space, installing a new fence and improving public sidewalk and landscaping.
