Foothills Mall Redevelopment

Foothills Mall redevelopment began in 2013 after the mall was identified as deteriorated and blighted. The redevelopment project aims to address to address unsafe conditions, poor pedestrian/bicyclist access and circulation, and a lack of loading docks.
