Prior to redevelopment, Prospect Station was a gas station with hazardous environmental contamination. After the URA provided TIF assistance for environmental mitigation, infrastructure upgrades, public amenities and façade enhancements, Prospect Station is now a mixed-use development. The completed site contains 27 apartments, two live work units and a small retail space.
