Is the Area South of College & Prospect Ready for Renewal?
URA Holds First Open House To Share Survey & Gather Input

In July 2008, City Council, acting in its role as Urban Renewal Board, directed City staff to survey the area south of College Avenue and Prospect Road for blight factors and redevelopment opportunities. The URA Board will use this survey and public input to determine if this area needs an Urban Renewal Plan (URP). An URP is intended to stimulate development using a combination of private investment, URA financing, and public investment.
