The Urban Renewal Authority Board of Directors approved the following Policies and Process in May 2010.

The Urban Renewal Authority is excited to partner with local developers and investors to revitalize the North College Urban Renewal Area, or other areas of town, where the need for redevelopment exists.

Public-private partnerships continue to shape Fort Collins and improve public infrastructure, area businesses and the environment surrounding redeveloped areas.
